He and his staff were helpful, knowledgeable, complete, and executed the job masterfully. I brought him my tired airplane and at delivery, felt like he presented me with a brand new one! In my opinion, Bill made an extra effort to keep me informed of the progress of the refinishing project on my Piper Arrow, sending me almost daily updates of the work, with descriptions and photos.
